Well now, looks like the Commissioner have their hands so full of litigation that their having to make special executive sessions [read: closed door] just to keep up
with it all. At least Lilly's covering for the County on the road case. As for the threatened legal action, we swear it wasn't us this time...As listed in the DR govt. calendar of 3.27.04: 10 a.m. - Hancock County Commissioners, executive session to discuss initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing, Commissioners' Courtroom, County Courthouse.
